How do I know my sitter is reliable?
All sitters are vetted through a virtual meeting with us, identify verification and you can search for the platform for Sitters with Ministry of Justice criminal record checks and those who have parent reviews. We also offer a Sitter Guarantee. Find out more below.
What happens if my sitter cancels?
We’ll help you find a replacement ASAP! Contact support@thevillageco.nz for assistance or call us on 07807 9114.
Can I book the same sitter again?
Yes! You can find all past bookings in your dashboard for easy re-booking.
Do you cover late-night bookings?
Yes we do. For late or overnight requests we ask that you email us before hand. As this will be at a slightly higher rate.
